Special Orders Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Handmade with Luv for your custom epoxy resin creations! We take pride in crafting unique pieces just for you. To ensure a smooth process, please review and agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Design Approval
Each special order is handcrafted based on your requested colors, themes, and styles.  Once confirmed, designs cannot be changed.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment is required for orders prior to start of the order.

3. Changes & Cancellations
After production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made. 

4. Production Timeline
Crafting your special piece usually takes 3-7 days. We will provide an estimated completion date, but handmade processes can experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the customized nature of special orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

6. Material Variations
Epoxy resin is an art form! Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the charm of a handmade product. Exact replicas are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise noted. We carefully package all items, but we are not liable for damage during shipping. Insurance is available upon request.

8. Customer Responsibility
Please double-check all details (colors, options, etc.) before confirming your order. We cannot be responsible for errors provided by the customer.

9. Agreement
Placing a special order with Handmade with Luv means you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
